Retatruitide 5mg

How do you take Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Retatrutid?

All of these drugs are administered through subcutaneous injection, which means that the drug is injected under the skin instead of into a muscle or vein.

This method is often used for hormones and insulin because it provides a slower and more controlled release into the body. The injection is usually very mild and almost painless.

How to give a subcutaneous injection

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
  2. Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab and allow it to dry.
  3. Prepare the syringe by measuring out the correct dose.
  4. Gently pinch the skin between your thumb and index finger to create a skin fold.
  5. Carefully insert the needle into the skin, either in 45° or 90° angle.
  6. Slowly push down the plunger to inject the medicine.
  7. Pull out the needle and gently press the area with a clean cotton swab if necessary.

After the injection, you can continue with your day as usual.
